Return Policy

At AyurSuppz, we prioritize your satisfaction and trust. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

Note: Due to the consumable nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be returned unless there’s a proven defect or quality concern

How to Initiate a Return

Please email us at ayursuppz@gmail.com with:

  • Your Order ID

  • Unboxing Video of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

  • Reason for return

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours and guide you through the process.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The amount will be credited to your original method of payment

  • In case of COD orders, we will initiate a refund via bank transfe

Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect product:

  • We offer a free replacement of the same item

  • Replacements are processed within 2–3 business days of claim approval

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items purchased under special discounts, offers, or bundles

  • Products returned without original packaging

Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping is free if the issue is due to our error (damaged/wrong item)

  • In all other cases, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer
